During the fourth quarter of 2022, the top five film and television apps on the Android platform in Romania showcased varied performance in terms of weekly downloads, revenue, and active users. The data, provided by Sensor Tower, highlights the trends for each app.

Disney+ saw a consistent rise in weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $94K in the week of December 19. Downloads exhibited a steady growth, starting from around 21K at the beginning of October and reaching 33K by the end of December. The app's active users increased from 204K to 234K throughout the quarter.

Netflix maintained a strong presence with weekly downloads rising from 8.5K to 27K by the end of December. The number of active users showed an upward trend as well, starting at 652K in late September and peaking at 749K in the last week of December.

Play Tube - Block Ads on Video experienced fluctuations in downloads, beginning with 7.7K at the start of October and ending with 11K in the last week of December. Active users saw a gradual increase, rising from 33K to 40K over the quarter.

HBO Max: Stream TV & Movies had a steady weekly revenue, peaking at $16K in mid-October. Downloads varied, reaching their highest point of 11K in the final week of December. The number of active users fluctuated, starting at 78K and ending at 80K by the end of the quarter.

Finally, Digi Online showed a significant spike in downloads around mid-November with 16K, before stabilizing at around 4K by the end of December. Active users peaked at 40K in late November and settled at 27K by the end of the year.
